近日，由我校承办的青头潜鸭国际研讨会在衡水举行。田光校长出席会议并为开幕式致辞。我校武大勇博士作为本次研讨会 “学术委员会”和“组织委员会”的委员代表衡水学院“青头潜鸭”调查研究团队做大会主题报告。同时，作为承办方我校积极组织同声传译团队、志愿服务团队保障了会议圆满举办。东亚-澳大利西亚迁飞伙伴关系（EAAFP）秘书处首席执行官Lew Young就此专函向我校田光校长表示衷心感谢。原文如下：
Dear Mr. Guang Tian,
I recently arrived as the new Chief Executive of the EAAFP Secretariat and was very happy to hear from my colleague, Ms. Hyeseon Do in the Secretariat, about the successful International Baer’s Pochard Workshop that was recently held in Hengshui. On behalf of the EAAFP, I would like to express my sincerest appreciation for your dedicated coordination to the International Baer’s Pochard Workshop where one of our EAAF Flyway Network Site, Hengshui Lake National Nature Reserve, is located.
I heard that the success of the meeting would not have been possible without your strong support as the main organizer. I also very much appreciate your valuable effort in this endeavor to monitor the populations of the critically endangered Baer’s Pochard and promote the conservation of the species in Hengshui.
The EAAFP Secretariat looks forward to your continued support for the important mission that we carry together.

注：3月19日-20日青头潜鸭国际保护研讨会在衡水湖畔举办。本次青头潜鸭保护国际研讨会由北京林业大学和衡水市政府主办，由河北衡水湖国家级自然保护区管理委员会、北京林业大学自然保护学院和衡水学院承办，由东亚-澳大利西亚迁飞伙伴关系（EAAFP）青头潜鸭工作组、世界湿地与水禽基金会（WWT）以及湿地国际-中国办事处协办。会议确定了《青头潜鸭栖息地保护需求与管理措施》和《中国青头潜鸭保护行动计划》两个具体可行的行动纲要，形成了《青头潜鸭保护衡水倡议》。大会硕果累累，对青头潜鸭的保护意义深远。
